The problem
A Phoenix real estate investor was moving fast in a market that moves faster. The deals were out there, but the tools to find and capture them weren't in place: no real website to send leads to, no presence when people searched, and no system for surfacing the best listings before a competitor did.
He didn't need a marketing department. He needed the tech around his business to actually work.
What we built
We rebuilt the front office end-to-end, on his domain and in his accounts:
- A custom website at sellfastaz.net: fast, mobile-first, and built to turn a click into a conversation.
- Google Business Profile: set up and optimized so he shows up when people search for cash buyers in the Phoenix metro.
- Lead generation: capture wired directly into the site so inquiries land where he can act on them.
- An automated daily "top 5 listings" email. Every morning, the five listings most worth his attention land in his inbox, so he's first to the best deals instead of last.
Why it works
The daily listings email is the piece that changes his day. Real estate rewards speed, and a system that does the watching for him means he spends his time on deals, not on dashboards. Everything runs on his accounts. If he ever walked away, the website, the profile, and the lead history all stay with him.
