01 / Who we are
Taylo is an AI marketing agency run by Brayden Igoe and John Taylen, based in Tempe, Arizona. We build done-for-you marketing systems — landing pages, Meta ads, AI phone receptionist, and booking automation — for real estate agents, fix-and-flip investors, and wholesalers.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at taylohq.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.
02 / What data we collect
We collect information only when you voluntarily submit our contact form ("Client Brief"). The fields we collect are:
- First name and last name
- Business name
- Type of real estate (e.g. fix & flip, wholesale, agent)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Inbound lead volume per month (selected from a range)
- Average deal profit or commission (selected from a range)
- Free-text description of your current problem or goal
We do not collect payment information or use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the website. We do not run Meta Pixel or similar advertising trackers.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SM94FTMYN0) to understand how visitors discover and use the site — pages viewed, traffic sources, broad geographic region (country/region only), and aggregate session data. Google Analytics uses cookies and may set its own identifiers. We have IP anonymization enabled where applicable. We do not link analytics data to individual identities, and we never combine analytics data with information you submit via the Client Brief form. If you want to opt out, you can install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics via standard browser privacy settings.
03 / How we use your data
Information submitted via the Client Brief form is used solely to:
- Evaluate whether Taylo is a good fit for your business
- Respond to your inquiry within 48 hours via email or phone
- Send a written audit or proposal if we are a fit
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any email newsletter or automated sequence without your explicit consent.
04 / Third-party processors
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form backend service. When you submit the Client Brief, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
The Calendly scheduling embed (if you use the "Book a Call" section) is operated by Calendly (calendly.com). Booking data you enter in the Calendly widget is subject to Calendly's privacy policy at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
05 / Data retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to it. If we do not move forward with an engagement, we delete your data within 90 days of our last communication. Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 12 months after it ends.
06 / Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@taylohq.com and we will respond within 10 business days.
07 / Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Form data is transmitted over HTTPS and handled by Formspree, which applies its own security controls. We do not store raw form submissions on our own servers.
08 / Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
